CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are not completely satisfied with Smart Art, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly recurring payments at any time.
In order to cancel your subscription before it is automatically renewed, it will need to be cancelled prior to the date it is scheduled to rebill. Most recurring subscriptions automatically renew on the 8th day of the month, following the shipment of your last scheduled box in your current subscription. You do have the ability to cancel your own subscription, within your account, but we highly recommend that you reach out to support as way to make sure the cancellation is successfully processed and that you are all set to receive the remaining boxes in your current subscription.

If your membership has already renewed and you’d like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request cancellation by the 25th of the month to be eligible for a refund.
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE TWENTY FIFTH DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH’S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.
