How do I receive a refund?

If you would like to receive a refund, it must be requested within 72 hours (3 days) of your charge. If you do not cancel prior to the twenty fifth day of a calendar month, you cannot be refunded for that month's shipment. We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already entered the shipping process, nor do we accept returns.
